These terms apply when you buy from this shop. Nothing here takes away rights the law gives you as a consumer.

How an order is made

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm your order has been approved for dispatch — until then, either of us can cancel it. We may decline an order if an item is out of stock, priced in error, or we cannot deliver to the address given.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown on the product page, and the total you are charged — including delivery, any discount code and tax — is worked out on the server at checkout and shown before you confirm. You pay that total and nothing more.

You can pay by card through Stripe, or by cash on delivery where offered. Card details are entered directly with Stripe and never reach us.

If an item is listed at an obviously wrong price, we will contact you before charging you rather than either quietly cancelling or taking the money.

Delivery

Delivery options, their cost and their estimated times are shown at checkout. Estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to the address you gave. You can follow progress on the order tracking page.

Returns

Every order has a 100-day trial with free return postage, on top of your statutory right to cancel within 14 days of delivery. The detail is on the returns and refunds page.

Discount codes

Codes may carry a minimum spend, an expiry date, a cap on the discount and a limit on how many times they can be used, in total or per customer. Any restriction is applied and explained at checkout. Codes have no cash value and cannot be applied after an order is placed.

Your account

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. We may suspend an account being used fraudulently or to abuse the returns policy.

Using this site

The text, photographs and branding on this site belong to us or our suppliers. You are welcome to browse, buy and share links. Do not copy the content for your own commercial use, scrape the site, or try to interfere with how it runs.

If something goes wrong

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses. We do not limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms; the version in force is the one published when you placed your order, and the date at the top of this page tells you when it last changed. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and its courts have jurisdiction.
